Must provide description and photo of prospective RV or mobile home. No unsuitable/ unlivable trailers will be accepted.

This is a smaller lot due to a tree that is growing, ideal for a RV- CAMPER or small trailer home. Owner is open to tenant removing the tree to fit larger home in space but will not assist in cost associated.
It is the obligation of the applicant to review our pet acceptance policies prior to submitting their applications. Non-approvable pets may result in denial of the residential rental application. Application fees are non-refundable.
*$60.00 application fee per adult, can be paid by cash, check, or money order. If you cannot make it to the office in person, our mailing address is 317 California Ave. Libby, MT 59923. Applications will not be processed without application fee payment.
